The Port of Alicante has recently opened a new 820-feet wharf and is positioning itself as a leading port for cruise ships.

The port in Torrevieja is operated by The Royal Nautical Club and the International Sports Marina has over 1500 berths for sailing boats.

This marina of Denia has more than 400 moorings, with a good range of services, sailing and diving schools and businesses dedicated to yacht chartering, as well sale and hire of craft.

Cabo Roig marina is the home of the Club Nàutico Cabo Roig Yacht Club. There are mooring facilities for just over 200 craft.

The Santa Pola Nautical Club is one of the finest sites on the coast. It has a rowing, sailing and canoeing school. Diving is also popular in the clear waters.

Guardamar is the Marina de las Dunas, located at the mouth of the Segura River just north of the town. A recent addition to the area, facilities here are modern and well thought out.

At San Pedro del Pinatar the port forms part of the famous La Manga area, the strip of land between the rejuvenating Mar Manor lagoon and the Mediterranean Sea.

The port of Cartegena is a medium-sized natural harbor protected by breakwaters and has anchoring and berthing facilities for vessels up to 35 ft (10.6 m) draft in the harbor.
